Terms and conditions at the Bharti Vyas Centre 1. All health and beauty consultations (£35) need to be paid in full when booking. Once accepted, we will send you confirmation and a consultation form for you to fill in and bring in with you. 2. All hair removal treatments using laser can only be carried out 3 days after an initial test patch (£35). 3. We require 24 hours notice of cancellations otherwise full treatment price will be charged for or automatically taken off your membership. 4. All memberships must be paid for in full and are valid for one year from payment date. 5. All memberships are non- transferable and non-refundable. 6. The management do not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused on the premises. 7. If you have not previously had an eye lash tint, you will require a test patch, before the treatment can be administered 24 hours later. If you do so, it will be at your own risk and you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. 8. All products and treatments on a gift voucher will be redeemable once the voucher has been given to reception staff prior to the treatment. 9. Inability to produce a gift voucher will require the treatment/products to be paid for in full by the client. 10. The treatment time will start from the moment you come into the treatment room until the moment you are dressed and ready to go.
