 How to use your products

Once a week ( evenings)

Special Oil: Massage in 10-15 drops of your Special Oil into your scalp. Use the balls of your fingers to massage and stimulate circulation. Leave in overnight and shampoo off in the morning.

Salt Body Scrub: Apply to dry skin, using the palms of your hands Use swift motions and apply till the salts gently slough off. Then shower off and moisturise with the Body Firming Cream.

Detox Mud Mask

Once a week apply your mask all over your face and neck. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse off. On spots, you can use the Detox Mud Mask as a spot treatment; just massage a little mask onto the spot and leave overnight. Rinse off in the morning

Step 2: Face & Neck Polisher

With damp hands, take a little Face & Neck Polisher in your hands and gently glide all over your face and neck. Make sure you use the lightest pressure in order to stimulate circulation without bringing toxins to the surface.

Step 3: Daily Defence Moisturiser (only during the day). Apply a small amount of moisturiser to your face and neck

Step 4: Body Firming Cream

Massage your skin with the firming cream to leave you feeling toned and refreshed
