How to use your therapy oils
Morning
Day
Special Oil: Before you cleanse, apply 2-3 drops of Bharti’s special oil to your face and neck.
Night
After cleansing, apply 4 drops of your Harmonising Face Oil to your face and neck with light upward strokes. Massage in for a few minutes. You do not need to moisturise afterwards.
